How HP Created a Global Social Customer Care Programme

HP Social Customer Service

We are delighted to announce that, Josef Bergman, Social Customer Service Lead (EMEA) at HP will be speaking at the Social Customer Service Summit 2016 in London on 13th April.

Josef will explain how HP’s sales, service and marketing teams combine across a range of social media channels to ensure that no customer gets left behind.

HP launched its first customer support forum in 2008 and has since gone on to create a highly sophisticated global social customer care programme, which manages 100 million annual queries in 8 languages, across forums, Twitter, Facebook and review sites.

In addition to this presentation from HP, the Summit will feature case studies and insights from brands such as IBM, Travelex, Lloyds TSB, Transport for London and House of Fraser within an agenda packed with round-table discussions, workshops and group learning, plus our ‘Customer hub’ workshop on Day 2.

Tickets for both conference and workshop are available on the event homepage. For larger Customer Service teams we recommend our Corporate Tickets.
