Bian Salins is one of the UK’s most experienced social customer engagement specialists. Having worked at several of the UK’s largest media and communications companies, she is currently Head of Social-Digital at TSB Bank.
A journalist turned social media evangelist, Bian’s career saw her start out as a reporter for India’s first online venture, Rediff.com back in 2005. After moving to England she took a role at BT, where she gained a knowledge of online communities and built a reputation for getting things done.
She later moved to NOW TV and became Head of Social for BSkyB’s internet Pay TV service – leading the business’s social strategy across brand, marketing, service and product.
