David is Head of Contact Centres at First Utility, which means he has overall responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of customer service for sales, Home Move, customer retention, technical delivery, social media and digital.

A strong believer that social media and contact centres offer a powerful customer engagement opportunity, David is keen demonstrate that – far from being a source of risk and negativity – the medium should be used to activate positive brand advocates.

With over 16 years of industry experience, he joined First Utility from British Gas in 2014. He was formerly with E.ON.
