Social Customer Service Summit Paolo Fabrizio

Paolo Fabrizio is a Social Customer Service Expert, Speaker, Podcaster and author of  ‘La Rivoluzione del Social Customer Service‘, the first Italian book about Social Customer Service. Paolo is a pioneer of online customer service, taking part in insurance startups since the 90’s. He has also participated actively in every one of the Social Customer Service Summits to date, making him a veteran of the event.
